About Us
I am the designer, baker, decorator, delivery person, cleanup crew, customer service, and office staff.
In the early 1980′s, I started out with making birthday cakes for family and friends. I was asked to do a wedding cake for a friend and I was hooked.
I do what I love and I love what I do. I enjoy creating memories and dream cakes for all special occasions, rather it be a birthday, anniversary, holiday or a Wedding.
Christine and Katie are my baker assistants, delivery assistants, clean up crew, customer servie reps and office staffers. Some day, they may be small business owners themselves and this training is giving them lots of practice. Besides, I like having them around and what better excuse than to have them be my helpers.
